What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

The torque wrench set includes three sizes with dual range scales in FT.LB and N.M: 1/4" drive (20-240 in. lb / 2.3-27.1 Nm), 3/8" drive (5-45 ft.lb /6.8-61Nm), and 1/2" drive (20 -160 ft.lb /27.1 -217Nm). The ratchet head on the torque wrench is made of hardened treated Cr-Mo steel for long-lasting performance, while our torque wrenches also have a quick release button that securely grips accessories during easy installation or removal to prevent accidental detachment.

The torque wrenches are calibrated thoroughly for accuracy prior to shipment. We possess advanced production technology for manufacturing torque wrenches and have conducted 10,000 tests to determine that the calibration error range of our torque wrench falls within ±3%.

Every set of our torque wrench includes a calibration certificate with a traceable serial number in compliance with ISO 6789, GB/T15729, and ASME B107.14M standards to guarantee precision. Our objective is to secure your satisfaction by offering a 12-month warranty. First, pull down the locking knob and hold it down. Then, start setting the desired torque value.

Release your hand, and the locking knob will automatically rebound to lock the torque value. When the torque wrench reaches the preset torque value, it makes a clear "click" sound accompanied by an obvious hand vibration that reminds you not to apply force anymore in order to prevent damage. When finished, loosen the locking ring and adjust it to the lowest value for next use.

If you do not adjust it to the lowest value, the accuracy of the torque wrench will decrease. The torque wrenches are designed to meet various needs, including bicycle, motorcycle, car, and truck repairs as well as wheel screw tightening. They can also be used for device installation and electrical engineering tasks.

We have designed a high-grade aerospace aluminum non-slip handle that provides excellent grip and control. It adopts an anodizing process to improve the product's oxidation resistance during use and enhance surface wear resistance. The classic combination of black and red is fashionable and textured, allowing you to enjoy a visual feast during use.
