Cricket's Nursery Outdoor Plants sku-306693467 Blueberry
No rating yet(0 ratings)Cricket's Nursery Powder Blue is a rabbiteye blueberry bush listed as a Blue, 3 gal Outdoor Plants item. It can grow up to 15ft tall. The nursery prunes its plants through the year to encourage branching and fruit yield; blueberries form on older branches. Pink-white blooms appear as winter ends and develop into fruit later in the year.
Another blueberry variety can cross-pollinate it, though other rabbiteye varieties, such as Climax or Becky, are said to give the best production. Harvest runs from about June to mid-July; planting varieties with different harvest times can extend the season. The berries can be eaten fresh, used in jams, smoothies or cakes, or frozen. The bush also has colorful bark.
These plants are potted and shipped from Florida. SKU sku-306693467; UPC 810040163906.
