Designed for LGA3647-2U-R83 (Lga 3647 Narrow Type), this 2X cooler set offers 240W dissipation in a 2u heat sink form factor. Each unit uses 4 composite heat pipes with a Superconducting composite tube to deliver excellent thermal conductivity and improved heat transfer. Parts are joined using a reflow soldering process to provide better contact, stable thermal conductivity and a high heat conversion rate for efficient heat dissipation. Cooling is driven by a side blow 6025 fan built with IC original-components — quiet and stable in operation while producing strong wind and large air volume for fast and efficient heat dissipation.
