A removable strainer basket catches debris, a clear cover lets you check it, and a bottom drain plug helps empty the pump before freezing weather. The motor has an iron shell; the electroplated PP pump shell resists pool chemicals and UV exposure. It has 1/2" NPT connectors and a 110-120V plug with a 37.4-inch cord.
