20x22 Water-to-Air Heat Exchanger — 1" Copper Outlets, EZ-Install Front Flange (Fits 20"x23" Plenum+)

Designed for use in a 20" x 23" plenum (or larger), this 20x22 water-to-air heat exchanger features outlets that exit the 20" side (shown as the vertical side in photos) and installs easily with the supplied EZ front flange. Performance: GPM 18.3, CFM 2146. Fin area: 20" x 22". Outside dimensions: 20" (width) x 25.5" (Length from Manifold to Base) x 3.5" (Thickness). Note: there is a 1" frame on the end opposite the outlets that covers the copper elbows and increases the internal plenum length by 1". All exchangers are 3 1/2" thick. Aluminum fins are installed at 12 fins per inch and the coil uses a triple-pass layout with 1/4" copper tubing. The unit includes a flat front-face mounting plate for faster installation and added plenum rigidity. Outlets are 1" copper and accept either sweat connections or push-fit fittings such as sharkbite's. These exchangers work with chilled water as well as boiler systems and the newer design eliminates the need to bend ductwork for installation.
