Energy optimization per module: Each PV module is managed by its own Maximum Peak Power Tracking (MPPT) control, guaranteeing that each module delivers maximum power to the utility grid independently of the performance of other modules in the array. When some modules are impacted by shade, dust, orientation differences, or other causes of reduced output, the microinverter maximizes the yield of each module so the whole array performs better. Greater reliability than centralized or string inverters: Because power conversion is distributed across multiple microinverters, there is no single point of failure for the PV system. Thermal and environmental performance: Microinverters are rated to operate at full power at ambient outdoor temperatures up to 149 (65). The enclosure is built for outdoor use and meets the IP65 environmental protection rating. Easy installation and flexible configuration: Install modules in any quantity, orientation, or mix of module types and power ratings. The Ground wire (PE) of the AC cable is connected to the chassis inside of the Microinverter, which may remove the need for an external grounding wire installation (check local regulations). Data handling uses built-in wifi, so a wireless router must be located near the microinverter. After installation, configure the wireless router to work with the internal wifi (refer to the wifi user manual). Data is uploaded automatically, and users can monitor and manage the microinverter through the provided website or mobile app.
