ZLGP Granular AZOMITE Lawn Care 20 lbs sku-16847654231

ZLGP Granular AZOMITE, 20 lbs, is a Lawn Care soil amendment containing 67 trace minerals for mineral-depleted soil. It can be used with crops, compost and potting soil to increase fruit size and yield. The granules break down over time when exposed to water. Use them for broadcast spreading, fertilizer blends or starter fertilizers. AZOMITE is safe for plants and animals and will not burn plants.

Apply it directly or with compost, humus, manure, fertilizer or beneficial soil microbes; it can also be used in compost tea. For houseplants and flowers, mix 1/2 teaspoon per inch of pot diameter into potting soil before planting, then apply ½ to 1 teaspoon to the soil surface every three months and water it in.

For vegetable and flower gardens, apply 1/2 lb per 100 square feet or 1/2 lb per 200 ft of linear row in a 6-inch-wide band. For lawns, apply 2-3 lbs per 1,000 square feet once a year in spring, fall or winter, equivalent to 20-30 lbs per 10,000 square feet. On existing lawns, a 44-pound bag covers 12,000 to 15,000 square feet; applications can be made up to 4 times per year.

For new lawns, apply at a heavier rate and till into the soil before seeding or laying sod. SKU: sku-16847654231.
