A built-in microchip protects against overcharging, overdischarging, short circuits and overheating. Fully charge the batteries before first use, as they may arrive with little or no charge.

The seller recommends fully draining and charging them for the first 3 cycles. Contact customer support with product or delivery issues; the seller promises a resolution within 24 hours and offers replacement or refund for quality-related problems.
