The LX-Twenty is made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Its asymmetric directional, dual-zone tread is designed for dry, wet and winter traction, including light snow; the tire bears an M+S symbol. An internal reinforcement helps it retain its shape at speed and limits irregular wear. Independent tread blocks and larger shoulders aid cornering grip and stability.

The tread has 4 wide circumferential grooves for wet-road handling, with smaller lateral grooves that aid braking and traction. The source lists both a 55,000-mile treadlife warranty and a 30,000-mile limited mileage warranty. It also lists applications from 17-inch to 30-inch sizes.
