The SIHAO 8YL24KG is a Black adjustable dumbbell for Strength Training. Its listed range is 2.5 - 24 KG, or 5 to 52.5 pounds (2.5-24kg), adjustable in 2.5-pound steps by turning dials at both ends. It has plastic-coated steel weight plates, a polypropylene base and a textured, non-slip handle.
