Auto World AMM1318 Red Interior Firebird sku-12745109262

Auto World AMM1318 is a 1/18-scale diecast model of a 1977 Pontiac Firebird Formula in Cameo White with a Red interior, from the American Muscle series. Listed under Diecast and Mini Vehicles, it has SKU sku-12745109262 and UPC 849398061589. The limited-edition, officially licensed model comes in its original unopened box.

It has a metal body with some plastic parts, rubber tires, steerable wheels, an opening hood, doors and trunk, and detailed interior, exterior and engine compartment. Its approximate dimensions are 10.75 inches long, 4 inches wide and 3 inches high. The model has a newly tooled dual-scoop Formula hood, a gloss white finish and black accents.

The real Firebird Formula sat between the base Firebird and the T/A in performance. It came with a Pontiac 301 V8, with options including a 49-state Pontiac 350, a California or high-altitude Olds 350, and a 400ci Pontiac V8 rated at up to 220hp. Unlike the T/A, it lacked wheel-arch flares and front spoilers. About 1000 examples with the 400 engine and a four-speed manual were produced in 1977.
