The conductor is insulated with a heat- and moisture-resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and finished with a Nylon jacket for added protection. Wire is Made in the USA. APPLICATIONS: THHN / THWN insulated copper is suitable for use in conduit and cable trays for services, feeders, and branch circuits. It is also appropriate for machine tool, appliance, and control circuit wiring and meets the needs of residential, commercial, industrial, and grounding installations.
