Overview: This 13 1 USB C docking station expands a single female Type-C port into a wide array of I/O so you can connect multiple displays and peripherals without extra drivers — plug and play. Designed for laptops with a Thunderbolt 3/4 port or a full-featured USB 3.1 Type C Gen2 port (must support video, power and data). Video outputs: • HDMI 1: Independent output up to 4K@60HZ (signal source is DP1.4) • HDMI 2: Independent output up to 4K@30HZ (signal source is DP1.4) • DisplayPort: Independent output up to 4K@60HZ (signal source is DP1.4) Multi-monitor behavior: • Triple-output hardware: HDMI + HDMI + DP. • Extend mode: Supports up to four displays by using 2 HDMI outputs, 1 DP output and the laptop screen (host-dependent). • “Collage”/three-screen mode: One HDMI, one HDMI+DP, plus the laptop display. • macOS limitation: On Apple macOS systems this dock only supports Mirror Mode and single/non-mirror output — multiple extended displays are not supported. Graphics card note: • Intel Graphics: Only supports 3-screen display; one screen may not display. • AMD Graphics: Supports four screens. Ports and performance: • Power Delivery 3.0 Charging Port — Supports 87W fast charging. • PD/Power note: The docking station accepts up to 100W power in, but for safety power out (charging) is limited to 85W. (This PD port only works with devices that support the PD protocol.) • 2 x USB Type-C 3.1 Ports — Data transfer up to 10 Gbps each. • 1 x USB A 3.1 Port — 10 Gbps data transfer. • 2 x USB A 2.0 Ports — Data transfer up to 480 Mbps. • Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45) — Up to 1000 Mbps for wired networking. • 3.5 mm Audio Jack — Supports headphone output and microphone. • SD and TF (Micro SD) Card Slots — Compatible with SD, SDHC, SDXC, Micro SD, and MMC. Card speeds: Read 50-104 MB/s, Write 30-80 MB/s.
