This rearview mirror dash cam features an 11.8" IPS anti-glare full touch screen with 2.5D glass for a responsive, glare-reduced display. It records from both front and rear cameras and lets you toggle between front, rear or view both feeds simultaneously so you can monitor more traffic information for safer driving and reversing. The user interface is simple and fast to operate, delivering smooth touchscreen performance. Both cameras use G-sensors and F/1.8 aperture lenses to capture dual 1080p HD footage, even in low-light situations; they also reduce headlight over-exposure to produce clearer, sharper nighttime images. When the vehicle is parked, the parking assist acts as a surveillance system while the vehicle is off. During reversing the unit automatically switches to the rear view to simplify parking. In the event of an impact the G-sensors lock and save the relevant video files as evidence. Continuous loop recording will overwrite the oldest unprotected files when storage runs low, but emergency-locked clips are preserved and will not be overwritten.
