No rating yet(0 ratings)Nexen N'Fera AU7 is a Black high-performance, all-season passenger tire in the Tires by Vehicle category. This listing is for 1 tire, size 235/55R17, also shown as 235/55/17 and 2355517, with a 99W rating. SKU: sku-15586604319. Its asymmetric tread has biting edges and sipes for grip in dry, wet and winter conditions.
Open lateral grooves help drain water, while 3D kerf sipes stiffen the tread blocks and maintain road contact for steering and handling. The tire uses 3D NANO grip technology with chain-end bonding and fine silica to retain elasticity during high-frequency braking and increase contact area. A five-variable-pitch tread block sequence reduces road noise.
Nexen supplies a 50,000-mile treadwear warranty. The source also lists Nexen design awards: IDEA (2014), G-Mark (2013), Dot Design (2012) and IF Design (2011). Its Green Hive concept tire, which had a replaceable tread block, was selected for the 2014 IDEA award from 2,000 entries.
