Michelin is a tire manufacturer based in Clermont-Ferrand in the Auvergne region of France. It is one of the three largest tire manufacturers in the world along with Bridgestone and Goodyear. If it is on wheels, Michelin likely builds a tire to fit.

From tires on jumbo jets, to bicycle tires, and everything in between, Michelin has over a century of tire building expertise that you can rely on for the absolute best in safety, performance and longevity. The LTX A/T2 is Michelin's On & Off-Road All-Terrain tire designed to meet the needs of today's recreational and commercial pickup, van and SUV drivers.

It was designed to provide even wear, low noise and good fuel efficiency, even in demanding commercial applications while delivering the year-round traction and durability expected from rugged off-road tires without sacrificing the on-road comfort and handling expected of a Michelin tire.

The LTX A/T2 features a special light-truck tread rubber compound molded into an independent tread block tread design featuring Michelin Biting Edges which are notched blocks in the tread pattern that enhance traction on dirt, mud, gravel, wet grass and snow. Michelin also provides a 60,000 miles tread life warranty for this tire.
