The purchase has since ensured General Tires can continue producing high-quality tires for the North American market, thanks to the many insights it gains through its larger parent company.

General tire gains many benefits from its parenty company, and reflects that in the tires they produce. The General AltiMAX RT45 is a versatile Grand Touring All-Season tire for sedans, coupes, and CUVs, developed for drivers seeking a balance of all-season handling, comfort, and longevity. It also comes equipped with technology to visually alert drivers of wear issues.

The General AltiMAX RT45 tire's all-season compound is molded into a symmetric tread pattern featuring robust interlocking tread blocks for reliable handling and satisfying dry grip.
