Sealer Overview The Armor SC25 requires only a single-coat application, and will provide upto 10 years of life before the need for a recoat. Derived from a catalyzedSiliconate solution, the Armor SC25 penetrates deep into the concrete surfacewhere it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores.Surfaces sealed with the Armor SC25 are more resistant to the damaging effectsof water absorption, such as cracking, spalling, pitting, freeze thaw and saltdamage, staining, mold and mildew, and efflorescence. Sealer Uses The Armor SC25 can be applied to interior and exterior concrete, pavers,brick, and natural stone. It is a great sealer for driveways, walkways, patios,garage floors, warehouse floors, and shop floors. Sealer Coverage Coverage will vary depending on several factors including the surfaceporosity and application method. One gallon will cover up to 100-200 square feetin one coat, and 5 gallons will cover up to 500-1000 square feet in onecoat.
