Overview: 1 AWG THHN/THWN-2 stranded copper building wire, 50 feet in black, rated 600V. Intended for commercial and industrial services, feeders and branch circuits as defined by the National Electric Code. Applications: Used in conduit and, when permitted, in cable trays for services, feeders and branch circuits in commercial or industrial settings. Temperature/Location: THHN is suitable for dry locations only and must not be exposed to temperatures above 90°C. Conductor Construction: Stranded soft-drawn copper, manufactured per ASTM. Insulation: Heat- and moisture-resistant colored PVC insulation with a clear nylon (polyamide) or UL-listed equal jacket to provide abrasion resistance.
