It includes a valve dome, pressure gauge (005-302-3590-00) and pause assembly (005-302-3502-00). It replaces the Paramount valve top used in PCC 2000, Paddock PCC 2000, Cyclean, Pool Valet, PV3, Vanquish, Andrews Advantage PCC2000 and Vantage in-floor cleaning systems.
Replacement OE numbers are 005302430003, 005-302-4300-03, 005302430060 and 005-302-4300-60. The water-powered, non-electric valve works with 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12-port systems. A top-mounted run/pause switch isolates pool circuits, and the PSI gauge has a sliding indicator that shows operating status and when filter cleaning is needed.
The system can reduce chemical and electrical consumption by up to 30% and lower heating costs; it does not require vacuum devices or hoses. For installation, turn off the pump, remove the knob, band clamp, dome and cap, then hand-tighten the gauge and reassemble. Use pipe dope or a joint stick instead of Teflon tape. The valve operates automatically when the pump runs.
