Compact Mini-ITX board based on the Intel Atom Processor C3958 and designed for a single Socket FCBGA-1310 CPU. Supports CPUs with up to 31W TDP. Memory support reaches up to 64GB using Unbuffered ECC/non-ECC SO-DIMM modules (DDR4-2400MHz) across 4 DIMM slots. Expansion includes one PCIe 3.0 x4 slot and one miniPCIe slot with mSATA support (half card only). Storage options feature an M.2 interface with PCIe 3.0 x4 and SATA lanes; compatible M.2 form factors are 2242 and 2280, M-Key. The onboard SoC controller provides four SATA3 (6 Gbps) ports. Networking is extensive: Quad LAN via the Intel C3000 SoC (2 x 10GBaseT and 2 x 10Gb SFP+) and additional Quad LAN using the Intel Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 1GbE. A VGA port is also provided. System on Chip architecture integrates these features for high-density networking and storage in a small form factor.
