These Lingxin Yellow wax guards are Sound amplifier accessories listed in size 10 Packs/80 Filters. The description identifies them as Starkey Hear Clear filters for Starkey Livio, Livio Al and custom hearing aids, as well as MicroTech, Audibel and Nu-Ear aids. It also lists OE, RIC, ITC and ITE aid types, along with CIC and other brands. The guards have a 1.5mm receiver diameter.

They help keep earwax, dust, oil and moisture from clogging the aid, protecting it and extending its life; frequent replacement is recommended to maintain sound quality. Use the removal end to take out an old filter and the filter end to install a new one. The source separately describes an Oticon accessory kit with 8 filters per pack, 5 packs and 40 filters, which differs from the listed size.
