Rockville MS81 White Restored Tech sku-609952709 Speakers

This Restored Tech package contains 12 Rockville MS81 metal in-ceiling speakers, listed as (06) pair. The 8-inch speakers have an off-white finish and are designed for commercial background music and paging on 70v or 25V lines. Each has a center-grille volume control and an 8 Ohm transformer bypass for use as a standard 8 ohm speaker.

The sensitive paper woofer cone provides output at a low tap such as 0.5 watts. Its larger cone moves more air and produces deeper bass than 6.5-inch or 5.25-inch models. The dual-cone driver provides broad frequency coverage and may remove the need for a separate high-frequency driver in commercial installations.

The speakers have steel grilles and are suited to retail spaces, schools and other public facilities. Frequency response is 70Hz to 20KHz; sensitivity is 90dB @ 1w / 1m; maximum SPL (Pax/1m) is 100dB. Each speaker has a 5oz ferrite magnet and 120-degree conical dispersion @ 1000HZ.

Overall diameter is 12.51 inches, mounting diameter is 10.98 inches, mounting depth is 3.5 inches, cut-out diameter is 8 inches, and weight is 2.7lbs. The 70V taps are 5w, 2.5w, 1w and 0.5w. The 25V taps are 5w, 2.5w, 1w, 0.5w and 0.25w. At 8 Ohm, power handling is 20 Watts RMS. Color: White. UPC: 613817033255. SKU: sku-609952709.
